To transform poor and vulnerable communities through collaboration with local partners, building organizational capacity and facilitating sustainable community development. - Our Mission

The Christian Reformed World Relief Committee (CRWRC) is the relief and development arm of the Christian Reformed Church.

CRWRC reaches out in God's name to people, both in North America and around the world, who are struggling with poverty, hunger, disaster, and injustice to help them find lasting ways to improve their lives. CRWRC-Cambodia is led by Mr. Rick De Graaf, and is part of CRWRC’s Asia ministry team that is led by Dr. Tom Post. CRWRC has been working in Cambodia since 1996. Cambodia is one of the poorest countries in the world. Most of the population work as subsistence farmers, growing rice and other crops in the fertile soil along the Mekong River.  Unfortunately, the rice crop is often not enough to sustain a farming family for the whole year. Moreover, erosion and flooding are becoming increasingly problematic and pose threats to the farming community. CRWRC is responding to poverty in Cambodia by working in partnership with local churches and organizations.
